Packaging Procedures and Shipment Preparation
Our certifications demand that all of our produce is handled with the utmost care, strict regulations and general treatment after international standards.
Below you can see some of our procedures how our products are being prepared, packaged and send out.
All of our products can as well be delivered with extra certifications depending on the clients interest. As an example we can deliver a certification that the product has been grown organically or a quality certificated from independent providers.
This provides you and us transparency on all steps, which is what we want to establish the highest trust in-between us and our valued clients.
Our Procedures and Preparations
All of our farms that are spanned over a wide-ranging network in Costa Rica are cared for in the best way possible. This includes the working conditions and care for our staff. That is the only way to achieve a high-quality product.
The harvest is done using as few machines as possible to have the least impact possible on the surrounding nature but it still being efficient. This provides longevity for all of our farms and a reduction in the use of pesticides.
After the harvest all of our goods are being cleaned and at the same time a quality control is conducted so only the best and healthiest fruits are reaching the end-client.
After the washing and the first quality control an Individual quality control is a must when dealing with organic matter. Everything is done by hand, again to ensure our quality standards.
Treating the workers and the produce with respect can only happen if all the processing facilities are clean and up-to-date. During the final stage, before shipment, like packaging, a final quality check is conducted and begin of the cooling chain initiated.
All goods are packed in a way that they have enough space so no squeezing, denting or other deformation of sorts can occur. Everything goes into boxes that then go onto pallets for better handling which eventually will be put inside a container.
